Methods To Winning

Methods To Winning is comprised of many winners on and off the bike. We are known for our winning ways hence the name created when we first formed the team several years ago. We have a couple of current and past National Champions who have won titles on multiple occasions on the team in a couple of disciplines on the road. We also have several State Champions on the team who have won titles multiple times as well. We have a team of men who are great character guys off the bike which is super cool and something I am very proud about. When building the team, the first thing we look at is how do they treat people, talent is needed but above talent are you a good person on and off the bike.

Our team leader Charon co-owns and co-promotes several things bike related with his two partners Rahsaan Bahati and Ken Vinson. Under the Methods To Winning umbrella we own a race series called Eldo Twilight Crit Racing that runs in the spring and throughout the summer months. We have owned and operated this event for 5 years plus now after taking it over. We also put on a Gala type event that allows cyclist to celebrate all things cycling and to bring awareness to different groups of cycling organizations like Zwift, Strava, Specialized, Giant, Canyon, People for Bikes, and list goes on.
